I built a procurement system around a question I think we don't ask enough: "Should we even bid?"

I've spent the last few months building a procurement/bid management platform called GetBidRadar. The original problem wasn't "how do we find more tenders?" It was: How do we stop companies from wasting days preparing bids they never had a realistic chance of winning? A typical tender can have: • 50–150+ pages • mandatory eligibility requirements • specific certifications • minimum project experience • financial requirements • technical requirements • deadlines • dozens of supporting documents And yet the initial bid/no-bid decision is often still something like:

证据:“How do we stop companies from wasting days preparing bids they never had a realistic chance of winning?” “A typical tender can have: • 50–150+ pages ... Then 3 people spend two days reading it, someone starts a spreadsheet... eventually someone discovers a mandatory requirement the company can't satisfy.”

竞品:Loopio、Responsive (RFPIO)、Bidhive、Qvidian、GovWin IQ
